AS/AGS POSITION PROFILE
The Account Supervisor/Group Supervisor position requires the ability to manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts. Focused on project management, we are looking for a strong, enthusiastic corporate communicator to join our team.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Has previous internal communications experience at an agency or corporation.
Shows the ability to define effective employee communications strategies for clients and effectively and efficiently produces documents, presentations and other materials necessary to implement the strategies they devise.
Is flexible and adaptable because they must oversee multiple projects and demonstrate grace under pressure.
Has strong writing and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and produce client-ready deliverables
Is a team player who is committed to the best interests of our clients and agency
Has impeccable project and time management skills
Is creative and demonstrates strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
Is familiar and interested in employee engagement and communications trends.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps keep client programs on schedule and produces deliverables including communication plans, memos, scripts, stories and reports
Serves as a day-to-day contact for clients – managing projects from start to finish
Helps manage budgets and plan budget estimates for client programs
