Are we there yet?
As we approach the end of the year, organizations are focused on closing the books with strong numbers and delivering plans for 2013. But, before we plow ahead, it’s important to pause, put yourself in your workers’ shoes, think about the map you outlined for employees at the beginning of the year and provide a reality check on the organization’s current location.
