At Insidedge, Linda leads teams focused on helping companies communicate better with their people to build employee commitment, motivate performance and drive improved business results.  Whether it’s introducing a new CEO; launching corporate vision, mission and values; communicating a new brand or training managers to be better communicators, Linda develops strategies to help companies explain change in a way that employees can relate to and act upon.

During her career, Linda has counseled a wide range of clients on employee communications, public affairs and crisis management.  Current and past clients include The Dow Chemical Company, Schneider Electric, Kraft Foods, McDonald’s, AT&T Wireless, American Airlines, Mars, Weyerhaeuser, Hyatt Development Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, Nationwide Insurance and others.

Before joining Insidedge, Linda spent seven years as vice president of corporate communications for Kemper Insurance Companies, where she led external and internal communications and had responsibility for the company’s corporate philanthropy and customer relations functions.  She served as a member of the senior management team handling Kemper’s response to the September 11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center where 225 Kemper employees worked. Linda was an executive in the Chicago office of Hill and Knowlton, an international public relations firm, before moving to Kemper. She also was a key advisor and chief of staff to Illinois Senate President Philip J. Rock during the 1980s and early 1990s.
